Equitas Small Finance Bank Limited, one of the leading SFBs, has announced the interest rate review for National and NRE/NRO Interest Rate Accounts, a special interest rate offer, from September 1-7 2022, at the start of its 7th successful year of banking. In this offer, customers can now enjoy up to 7.32% interest per annum on an 888-day fixed deposit. As part of this offer, the interest rates for seniors have been increased to 7.82% and 7.47% for its NRE Clients.

The interest payment options under this special offer are monthly and quarterly. In addition, the client can obtain higher interest rates for a term longer than 1 year and up to 3 years.

The offer does not apply to new NRE funds. Moreover, the festive season is about to start in India from September and it is an opportune time for the bank to provide depositors with the necessary benefits on savings and term deposits to customers, in especially in the hinterland of India.
